| But more importantly, there wasn't enough accountability, particularly in the creative side |
| And actually, when I talk about being relentless, it's not letting certain things get in the way of making something great |
| It's -- obviously, many of the businesses are experiencing the effect of disruption as if for instance |
| When I looked into the future, I realized we're underrepresented in games |
| Hard to achieve because creativity obviously, is a lot of unknowns and a lot of variables |
| Creatives make the product, spend the money that it costs to produce the product, and they need to be held accountable for how it's monetized, and they weren't and that was a big issue |
| One could argue that we might have done it earlier, but we had to be mindful of the impact that was going to have |
